Opportunity for Greatness. Serving family in need.

Everyone has the opportunity to be great every day.

About Us

Opportunity for Greatness was founded in 2021 by Victoria Anderson. At the age of 9,  Victoria and her siblings were placed in the child welfare system with no hope of being reunited with their parents. Victoria knows firsthand the lack of support and resources available to families in rural areas who are dealing with poverty, mental illness, and the effects of trauma.

We believe that everyone has the potential for greatness, regardless of their circumstances. Our goal is to provide them with the resources and support they need to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential.

Our Mission
Savannah, Georgia | Opportunity for Greatness

Our Programs

Despite Georgia being touted as the No. 1 for doing business, rural counties are suffering from a lack of available resources. A report by Georgia Family Connection Partnership showed that, in 2015, nearly half of Georgia’s children were living in poverty.

Individuals and families in Savannah living in poverty often lack access to resources and opportunities that can help them to become self-sufficient. This can lead to disparities in education and threaten their self-sufficiency. We want to provide individuals and families with the resources and support that they need to become self-sufficient, leading to better outcomes for themselves and our communities.
